("Trident Fashion Store"). By accessing this portal or acquiring pieces through our digital concierge or salons, you accept these terms in full.
2. Intellectual Property & Architectural Form Rights
All garment architectures, patterns, kinetic textile formulations, 3D renderings, and spatial concepts are protected under international copyright, patent, and trademark treaties. The purchase of an Trident Fashion Store garment confers physical ownership of the individual crafted object; no right to reproduce, replicate, or commercially exploit the underlying design is conveyed.
3. Acquisition & Edition Integrity
Trident Fashion Store limits every silhouette run to numbered editions. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund orders in cases of inventory exhaustion, suspected counterfeit exploitation, or breach of patron conduct standards.
4. Bespoke Sizing & Production Schedules
Bespoke commissions entail dedicated artisan hours. Estimated completion timetables provided during consultation are approximate, as perfection in structural draping takes absolute precedence over fixed deadlines.
5. Applicable Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris.
